This Company is quite unprofessional. I was given a quote, and since they seemed very competent, responsive, we went ahead and agreed on a $1,500.00 USD quote to replace a door in order to prevent water from coming in. They "did the job", and at the first rain, water came in. His team came and effectively saw the water come in, and the owner said he couldn't tell the future. In a nutshell, he replaced the door, which goal was to stop the problematic water coming into the home, and it did not do the job. The cuts and installation were very poor (I've got pictures to prove to ANYONE, including Source Home, if they dare come, be humble and ACCEPT THE PISS POOR JOB). We had to hire another company, who said the previous job was done very poorly, with unecessary cuts to wood trims, and importantly, there was no insulation put in between door frame and home. Again, I have before and after pictures of all that was left wrong by Source Home improvement, and the new contractor. Furthermore, SHI LLC gave me a ballpark quote to install granite into home, and he quoted $4,500 to $5,500, when in the market, I've gotten quotes from three separate companies none higher than $3,200.00. Beware of this company, they will steal your money and leave a very poor job. Worse thing is that they are too proud to admit fault. Anyone wants to challenge my story, I invite you to come and see pictures, and bring a third party contractor of your choice to determine quality of jobs.

Robert is a man of his word and a trusted resource. He is honest, hard working and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I would rehire him in a heartbeat!
