Air 3000 technician arrived on time as scheduled, inspected the air conditioning equipment, performed maintenance, & made adjustments. The bill for the service call & the work done were reasonable and much less than you would normally pay for the same job. My wife since she controls the thermostat and pays the energy bill was more than happy with Air 3000.

Lowe's contracts out to this establishment for installation on there appliances. We were charged for parts that were not needed as well as the fees for the work not provided!! No contact no communication No shows on there scheduled appt. No good for business. Be aware and be careful. Missing a phone call from them will only prolong any work needing to be done! As they do not promptly return phone calls...

I had a very poor experience with Air3000 and Choice Home Warranty. Unfortunately the air conditioning at my home went out at the worst possible time when the temperatures were over 100 degrees. I called my home warranty company and they dispatched this group. They did not all me for a day and a half and when I called them they told me they wold be out the following afternoon between 12:00 and 4:00 pm. When the end of the window came without a call yet, I called the office to ensure that they were still coming. Christina assured me that I was scheduled and would be seen that day and also that the phones are answered 24 hours. I called again at 6:00 pm and had to leave a message. The technician, Joe, showed up after 7:00 pm and rushed through the inspection. Ultimately, he indicated that the ac condenser coil had a leak and needed replacement. He would submit the information to the warranty company and we would have an approval the next day. We went through the contract together and this was not an excluded item. No call the next morning so at noon I called him ad he indicated that he submitted everything and was still waiting as well. The home warranty company advised that they would not pay the claim as the damage was due to corrosion. Joe told me that this is normal wear and tear which is covered. At my insistence, we called the home warranty on a conference call and when the adjuster was on the line he disconnected the call. I attempted to call back and he would not answer the phone. I have repeatedly asked for copies of the paperwork and information submitted and he has refused to provide the information. I paid this company a service fee and they have failed to deliver the timely and customary service that one would expect. I ultimately had to hire another company to replace the coil and paid out of pocket. My intention is to pursue the warranty company for the damages for this covered item however Air3000 has made it impossible by failing to provide the requested information and due to a lack of responsiveness to calls and messages to "Letty". If you have the choice of another ac company, I would use them and prevent the headaches that I have had to endure.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Set an appointment ford my ac to be fixed. We are in our house for four days without AC before the scheduled time, which by the way was a 6 HOUR window! Then, on the day of the appointment, after waiting 5 HOURS, I called them and they tell me there was "an emergency" and they'd have to reschedule! The lady on the phone, "Christina", was completely apathetic. She could not care less that A) they could have called ME and told me to reschedule much earlier and B) there was only one available time slot for the next day which would not work for me due to doctor's appointment. Now, here we sit in a hot house, in August, waiting for another company to call back for an appointment that probably won't happen for several more days Totally unacceptable behavior. This company is dead to me.

I had an incredible experience with Air3000. They were on time, very friendly and professional. They had to replace 2 of my AC units which was going to be very costly but they gave me a great deal. They installed both units in one day and cleaned up after themselves. The gentelman that showed up to look at the problem was Joe and he was so nice and helpful. He even called the day after to make sure we were happy with everything and that it was working properly. The 3 gentlemen that did the installation were very nice and respectful of my home. They explained everything and how to keep my units running properly and efficiently. I will definitely use them in the future. I have been through quite a few companies that have only led to disappointment. These guys did a great job. I had not heard of them before and my home warranty company sent them out. I am so happy to have found them and will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.
