They are professional, clean and really know their stuff. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and competed the work neatly. They were very good at explaining the problem and answering all my questions. I highly recommend you give them a try if your having problems HVAC system.

Brody Pennell installed a blower motor in the primary air handler that supplies the operating room of my plastic surgery center on January 5th and did an outstanding job. York manufacturers sent a defective motor for Brody Pennell to install and it failed instantly. I contacted the President of Brody Pennell, Mike Carson, immediately, because our center had three large surgeries at risk for the next day. Mike and his crew of Tom and Carlos worked tirelessly until midnight and were successful in locating a generic motor and getting my center up and running again. Mike even called me the next morning at 6:05 to confirm that my blower motor was running. It was!!! Seldom do I find people with the integrity and depth of character that I saw personally in Mike, Tom,and Carlos. This HVAC company is led by a President who truly cares about his customers. If you need HVAC services that you can count on, call Brody Pennell. Dr. Emmett Earl Hughes

Called for an estimate for some work needed by my company. Spoke with Brian and agreed on a time to come out, see the job and give me a quote. The day of Brian takes it upon himself to show up an hour early without calling or emailing all while i'm out to lunch. Then has the nerve to ask me to come back to the office via relay from my receptionist. I arrived back at the time we were scheduled to meet and gave him a call. He said he was in the area and decided to show up, then asked to reschedule our appointment. Total lack of professionalism. If you call them, while on hold there is a statement about first impressions blah blah, well Brody Pennell sure missed the mark on that. Also missed out a job upwards of $10,000.
